Iowa Catholic Radio “Iowa State Fair 2026 Concert Ticket Giveaway”

The “Iowa State Fair 2026 Concert Ticket Giveaway” (“Contest”) is sponsored by Iowa Catholic Radio, Des Moines, Iowa (“Sponsor”). This Contest is not sponsored by or affiliated with the Iowa State Fair, the performing artists, or their management.
The Contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, volunteers, board members of Iowa Catholic Radio, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings) or persons living in the same household are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
The Contest begins July 21, 2026 and ends August 09, 2026 at 11:59 a.m. Central Time (“Contest Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device.
To enter, participants must complete the official online registration form available at media.iowacatholicradio.com/iowa-state-fair-giveaway. At the time of entry, each participant must select one (1) of the three eligible concerts. Entries are eligible only for the drawing for the concert selected.
Limit one (1) entry per person for the duration of the Contest. Duplicate, incomplete, automated, or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.
A total of fifteen (15) winners will be selected. Each winner will receive one (1) pair (two tickets) of Grandstand tickets to the 2026 Iowa State Fair concert selected at entry:
Tickets are for the concert only. Fair admission (if not included with the ticket), travel, lodging, transportation, parking, meals, and all other expenses not expressly stated as part of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Prizes are non-transferable, may not be substituted by the winner, and may not be redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary. Seat locations are determined by Sponsor and subject to availability.
Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of each prize varies by concert and seating location. Actual value may vary depending on ticket availability.
Winners will be selected in random drawings from all eligible entries received for each concert during the Contest Period. Drawings will take place on or about August 09, 2026. Five (5) winners will be drawn for each of the three concerts, for a total of fifteen (15) winners. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for each concert.
Winners will be notified by phone and/or email using the contact information provided at entry. Due to the timing of the concerts, winners must respond within twenty-four (24) hours of initial notification. Failure to respond within that timeframe will result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.
Winners may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and publicity release where permitted by law.
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, and city/state of residence for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or illegible entries, or for technical malfunctions of any kind. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its employees, volunteers, and representatives, as well as the Iowa State Fair and the performing artists, from any liability arising from participation in the Contest or acceptance or use of any prize, including event cancellation or postponement.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Contest. This Contest is conducted in compliance with Federal Communications Commission regulations governing noncommercial educational broadcast stations.
